Noble Care SA is a Registered NDIS Provider

What is the NDIS?

The NDIS is a government funded initiative, which aims to improve long-term outcomes for people under the age of 65, living with a permanent or significant disability.  The NDIS provides three broad categories of supports for people living with disability:

  1. Core Supports including assistance with daily living, consumables and transport
  2. Capital Supports including assistive technologies and home modifications
  3. Capacity Building Supports including support coordination, community access and participation

If you meet the eligibility criteria and you would like to become a participant, you will need to contact the NDIS to make an Access Request.  Once the NDIA has finalised your access request, you will work with a NDIS Planner or a Local Area Coordinator to develop your support plan.  A Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator will then help you activate your plan and access support services.

For more information on the NDIS go to www.ndis.gov.au
